I get my new dryer tomorrow!
So here's the scoop - short version:
Dryer went out about..oh...eh..3 weeks ago? Maybe longer. The laundry game has not been as fun.
Tomorrow I get a spiffy new one, courtesy of my really cool parents, because the repair bill for my old one was going to be as much as a new dryer anyway.
So guess what I'll be doing tomorrow? :D

In my head I am skipping around in a stupid fashion....
But I'm actually too tired to really do that :P
WHY? I went to Hobby Lobby today and got art stuffs
I now have three new large canvases that I will smear paint all over with a brush and make arts on. YEEHAW! And a new multi pack of Sharpie Markers - oh the colorful rainbow fun I will have with those....
I also got a few books at Barnes and Noble, including a bio about Teddy Roosevelt...
Oh and a mocha frapp from Starbucks.
It made walking all over the mall looking for my son's extremely hard to find jean size worth it. I guess :P but good grief my feet are still hurting...
some creating went on late last night, so as soon as the batteries recharge I'll be sharing a photo of my new ACEO - I really had fun with this one - colored pencil and ballpoint pen

Do you artists and artisans ever....(with a little yippee included!)
...Suddenly get really nervous when you see that you've had a sale?
Well, yesterday I snuck onto my etsy shop at work (shhhh don't tell) and saw that I had a sale! I was so excited, it was hard to not giggle like an idiot right there at my desk.
Then it hit me: all the horrible scenarios... like... what if I accidentally spill something on the ACEO before I send it... what if one of the kids has LOST the darn thing (in my house, that's entirely possible) what if I get distracted and forget to send it? and the worst: oh no! what if the customer decides they don't LIKE the art when they receive it... what if I turn stupid and send it to some random person because I mix up the address somehow?... and so on....
Oh yes, my mind can get the best of me sometimes...
